What is it?
The Cube is a unique temporary dining concept. It’s a white restaurant made of aluminium, glass and painted wood. Besides the floors, everything is white. The Cube is designed by Park Associati, a design studio in Milan. Nothing special perhaps. But besides all that the Cube does not stay in one place. Ít goes from one landmark to another. At the moment it is on top of the Parc du Cinquantenaire in Brussels, Belgium for three months. With 18 other people you can enjoy your lunch or dinner with a view at the Jubelparc. After the third of July the Cube will be moved to Stockholm and after that to Moscow.
Who’s the chef of the Cube depends on the city it is in because they use local chefs. The designers designed it in a way that the chef is a strong presents and sort of an actor.

Why it’s cool?
Going out for a bite to eat is not that special anymore. We all want something that brings a bigger experience and makes it much more special again. That is what the Cube does. As the designers said themselves:
What we would like is that in that moment they have a fantastic experience, something they will keep in memory forever.
Having your lunch or dinner at a landmark with an amazing view satisfies that need.

What is it?

With Valentine coming up the best thing you can surprise your sweetheart with is booking an igloo in the heart of the Swiss Alps. These High-tech ecological tents are at 1700 metres high and can only be reached on skies or by foot.
In these domed tents is no electricity, so light has to come from an oil-lamp and heath from a fire.
That means of course that these igloos are not made from snow!

Why it’s cool?

This is a new experience to be, one with nature but still have a lot of luxury around you, like a bar, high tea’s, juices and so on. Because there are not many igloos, there is not much traffic and will there be traffic it’s a skier or a snowboarder, because cars and buses can’t come there. And on top of the iceberg this is all eco-friendly!I mean would it not be totally different of any other night in any other hotel? It’s different than what where used to and that makes it special.

Watch the trailer from White Pod an book here!

Viva Vision Canopy In downtown Las Vegas is a part of Fremont Street Experience. It’s started by a couple of hotels, casinos and the local authority.

What is it?

It’s a canopy at the height of 27 meters and spans the length of five football fields. With more than 12 million LED modules and 555,000-watt sound system, the light shows become amazing for tourist and locals as well. It offers high-resolution images and astounding special effects. Every night all the light on the outside of the casino turns off at seven o’clock to start the first lightshow.

Why it’s cool?

It’s seems to me like an amazing experience. To see all the lights outside the casino’s going out at first. That’s almost a forbidden act. No casino turns of their lights at seven o’clock for no reason, so this must be very special. To look above and see all those lights and colors making images and turn it in to show! Bezoek zeker de Fremont Street Experience!
